How did Millennium make the Selective Insurance project happen?

Millennium made the Selective Insurance project happen through research, identity design, and practical brand rollout tools. The work helped Selective express a clearer promise to customers, employees, and independent agency partners.

Research

Millennium used quantitative and qualitative research to gather insight from internal stakeholders, independent agency partners, and customers. This research shaped the brand direction and supported decision-making.

Identity

Millennium created a new tagline and logo system that reflected Selective's employee, agent, and customer relationship. The identity used a friendly, modern type style and a symbol tied to Selective's collaborative model.

Rollout

Millennium created guidelines, internal signage, and branded materials to help Selective apply the new identity across teams. The rollout gave internal teams a faster way to keep colors, fonts, and spacing consistent.

New Brand Promise

The new tagline, Be Uniquely Insured, communicated customized service and customer focus.

How did Millennium create a stronger brand promise for Selective Insurance?

Millennium created a stronger brand promise by replacing a narrow response-focused message with a broader identity centered on customized care. The new brand reflected how Selective works with employees, agents, and customers.

The prior tagline, Response Is Everything, no longer captured Selective's full organizational promise. Millennium used research findings to develop a brand idea that better matched Selective's customer experience.

The new tagline communicated proactive service, tailored support, and an elevated insurance experience. The logo system reinforced the three-party model at the center of Selective's business.

Outcome: Selective received a brand platform that expressed its customer promise with more clarity.

How did Millennium help Selective roll out the new brand internally?

Millennium helped Selective roll out the new brand by creating guidelines, signage, and internal brand materials. These tools helped employees understand the new identity and apply it more consistently.

Selective had many projects in motion, so the internal team needed a quick reference for color, type, and spacing. Millennium created a guideline system to reduce inconsistency during rollout.

The creative team also created signage and messaging for internal spaces. This helped employees see and use the new brand in their daily environment.

Technologies: Brand Guidelines, Environmental Graphics, Print Design

Outcome: Selective received practical tools for internal adoption and consistent brand use.
