The primary responsibilities for our Interactive Account Executive will be to service clients in the development of our traditional and interactive marketing initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Analyze and understand our present and potential clients' business sectors.
- Provide strategic direction to client's brand marketing initiatives
- Develop Business Requirement Documentation for each new project to ensure that the scope of work defined matches our client's expectations
- Manage multiple interactive and traditional marketing projects of various sizes - from initiation to completion. May use standard project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.
- Interface with and manage the project activities for both creative and technical staff members to ensure overall progression of projects, from start to completion, with results that meet or exceed the client's requirements
- Document all project activities, including meeting agendas and summaries, with follow up activities
- Develop site maps and interactive architecture flows to support superior interactive end-user experiences
- Create weekly project status reports for review with management
- Assure account profitability through budget management, tracking both internal and outside expenses
- Pro-actively present new business building ideas for each account that you service, to promote long term client relationships
- Assist with new business development activities that may include PR, conference planning, direct mail campaigns, or other marketing approaches that either you or others at Millennium recommend
- As needed, write proposals or other documentation in support of these efforts
- Assist with copywriting, which may include the development of marketing copy for clients, proposals, technical documentation, white papers, and other communications for Millennium and our customers
Requirements & Required Skills
- Qualified applicants must have experience with the management of:
- Advertising, promotional and online marketing campaigns
- PPC and SEM programs
- Interactive platform development; Web, Mobile, Tablet
- Fluent understanding of leading Social Media platforms:
- YouTube
- Organization, prioritization and planning skills
- STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST!
- An industry-appropriate degree with 5-7 years of related experience is required

Database Programming Position - Web Programmer

Millennium Communications is a full-service advertising agency, with an emphasis on Web-centric clients. Our Web site development efforts include e-commerce, B2B, B2C, intranet and extranet applications.
We are looking for a talented Web Programmer with a solid background in C# MVC.Net and MS SQL. ColdFusion 8, PHP 5.x, and/or Ruby would be considered a plus since applications utilized these programming languages.
The candidate will be responsible for architecting and developing sophisticated solutions for our clients, with an emphasis on usability, performance and security. The candidate must have two years experience as a Web Programmer or two years experience analyzing, developing and implementing Web-based applications. Must be proficient in C#, HTML, JavaScript, ASP and SQL Server - basic data modeling, stored procedures, SQL statements, triggers, replication, and advanced features.
The candidate must have:
- Proficiency in C#, MVC.net, HTML, JavaScript, ASP and MS SQL and/or MongoDB experience.
- Two years experience as a Web Programmer or two years experience analyzing, developing and implementing Web-based applications
- Strong understanding of CSS (ver 2 and 3), HTML (ver 4 and 5), JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, XML, and AJAX is desirable
- Experience with open source MVC frameworks and CMS Developer frameworks is important
- Mobile Browser Development skills are also desirable
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably Computer Science, Software Engineering or MIS
- Managerial or leadership skills will also be considered
